Out of the many hotels in Minsk I contacted, BonHotel is the only one which had actively responded to my request for an official hotel reservation letter. The hotel does not directly assist with visa application (nor do other hotels), but they responded very promptly when I asked for the document upon payment via Hotels.com, which is needed to apply for the visa. The payment was even refundable until just the day before the check-in date, bringing further assurance for its guests.
The check-in procedure was very smooth. The staff understand English well and are always ready to assist 24/7. The room I stayed in was very clean and cosy, with an amazing view from the window.
One extra thing the hotel did was that it provided me with another stamped letter indicating my stay during my trip for free before check-out, which I could use at the airport customs as proof of accommodation.
Overall, the hospitality and high-quality services of the hotel are beyond satisfactory, with great proximity to both a metro station and a bus stop. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone interested in exploring the beautiful city of Minsk, especially those unsure of which hotel they may ask for a confirmation document necessary for visa application.
Love from Taiwan, UK and Spain :)

STANDARD NUMBER
Vacation day came, we arrived at 3:10 p.m., and at the beginning of the 5th we were offloading at the hotel. The staff is out, the girls at the front desk are smiling, and there's a lot of business trips, as the Inn bills itself as a business trip.
The building has 9 floors, its own parking.
On the 1st floor hall, reception, bar and bistro, behind the building - pharmacy, grocery, pet store, wash. There is a restaurant at the entrance, the prices are high, as in principle in the bistro. Prices are in Belarusian rubles, multiplied by 28 at the time.
After giving candy "Moscow" to the receptionist, we went to room 610 on the 6th floor.
The room is stylish, has almost everything you need.
Pros:
Excellent mattress (one for the whole bed, some hotels move beds);
Book reading lights;
Modern TV in which you can place a flash drive and watch downloaded movies;
Cube with different outlets, including USB;
room water, replenished;
Little things for comfort - a clothes brush, a shoe shovel, comfortable outlets next to the phone bed, under the fridge and hangers with shelves space for luggage, a small but necessary sofa, a blackout curtain for a good sleep.
Cons:
No dryer;
A cabinet would be more comfortable than shelves;
Strong audibility in the room through ventilation (nothing in the hallway, however).
The view was of the road, prepare to hear loud guests from below at night... We love open windows, but we had to sleep under air conditioning and block the window.
In the room "standard" bathrobe and slippers for a fee, but I changed the pillow to a more stuffed one, because the one that was originally in the room was no longer lumps.
The bar is in the refrigerator for a fee, but believe me, in the big Corona store at the next Youth Station, you can find everything and much cheaper by a factor of 3.
Let's move to the bathroom. For each 2 towels and 1 foot, 1 soap and a bottle of gel and shampoo (2 in 1, but the quality is amazing), a shower hat, also for a fee will bring a toothbrushing kit. The hairdryer is great, powerful.
But the main point I want to make is impeccable cleanliness. The first day I walked the carpet in white socks, and then they were just as white.
I ordered breakfast for one (my husband doesn't eat in the morning) and went to the 1st floor in the Bistro (7-11 a.m.). You need to tell the room number so the employee can mark on the lists and boldly go get food. So what happened: omelets, glazes, sausages of 2 kinds, hot that changed every day (pilaf, chicken with bean pods, meat with rice, etc.), as well as 2 kinds of sausage, 4 kinds of cheese, freshly sliced vegetables, peeled and portioned fruit, pastries (doughnuts, casserole, croissants, etc.), jams, bread (next to the toaster), juices, teas, coffee.
There are places both inside and on the terrace. The only thing that blew the impression was that by the end of breakfast in the morning, the dishes were a little warm.
The hotel is good, we liked it, however, the husband "spoiled" apartments in Sochi - because there is both a kitchen and a washing machine, so next time we plan to rent either an apartment or a room in an apartment hotel.
Why didn't I do that this time? Because the hotel at breakfast came out cheaper by about 15 thousand rubles than the apartments.
Also one downside of the hotel: at the end of the rest I asked the receptionist to extend the room for 2 hours, she said that it would come out to us at 467 Belarusian rubles, i.e. 13 thousand rubles(!) At the same time for 6 nights 33,500. This very spoiled the impression.
By location - excellent, 2 metro stations and you are already at the point where you collect tours (etc. Winners,21), three stations - and you're right in the middle.

Lovely hotel
The restaurant on the ground floor offers a very tasty menu, with the exception of pilaf, which, unfortunately, was not a success. But I can confidently recommend potato pancakes, machanka and other dishes.
The parking lot in front of the hotel is small, designed for 6-7 cars. The hotel is conveniently located: the metro is a five-minute walk down a wide street, and the city center can be reached in just three stops, which takes about 20 minutes. There is also a public transport stop near the hotel.
In the same building, but on the other side, there is a large grocery store, which is very convenient for guests.
