Run away!!!

RUN AWAY!!! It is a social hotel and not a tourist hotel. If you go through a platform and precisely AGODA, false advertising, I took a room for 3 asking "big double bed + non-smoking room" I had a studio on the street side with 2 single beds, even the receptionist does not understand how it was possible (never well specified 1 adult + 2 children by putting the ages of each), there is no pool!!! The tiny garden is abandoned with toys that have not been used since mathusalem... I spare you the mold, the threads visible in the shower room, the brown background of the toilet and the smells that go with it.... In short, RUN AWAY!!!

Good value outside the centre

The flat was clean and spacious, comfortable bed, microwave,fridge , kettle,and utensils. The bathroom wasn't as modern as the flat but shower and towels were good. It's about 30 minutes by bus from the centre, but cheaper than a similar option in the centre and the bus stops both ways are close by. I'd stay again. No English channels on the TV only downside for me

To flee absolutely – unhealthy, dangerous

– booked 5 nights at Budget Flats Brussels via Agoda – a big mistake. This place should not even be allowed to host anyone. It’s an unhealthy hovel: the walls are covered with mold, the smell in the room is nauseating at the limit of bearable, and the humidity is such that we were all caught with a strong cough from the very first hours.
We couldn’t stay another night – we fled the next morning to find a healthy place to stay on Airbnb. I’ve never seen such deplorable accommodation conditions, it’s a health hazard for clients.
Most unacceptable is that this kind of establishment is still offered on Agoda, a platform that is supposed to guarantee a minimum of quality and safety. Shame on them to keep listing this accommodation without clear warning.
A tip: run away from Budget Flats Brussels, and think twice before booking on Agoda.
