A real crush!

A real crush!
The room is decorated with great taste: warm tones, beautiful natural light and a cozy atmosphere that immediately gives the impression of being at home. Every detail is taken care of.
The garden is a real haven of peace, surrounded by nature, perfect to disconnect while remaining close to everything.
And above all, Alicia’s welcome makes all the difference. She is radiant, attentive and with little care, while remaining discreet. We feel expected and really welcome.
A place I recommend without hesitation:)

Beautiful B&B with an unforgettable personal touch

Precious and so tastefully designed boutique B&B. The room was super cosy and clean, with a brilliant view on the park of centennial trees! We immediately felt like home and super relaxed by the quietness of the surroundings. But above all, the hosting couple went the extra mile in creating a very welcoming family moment for us, which really made our stay memorable!

No disabled access.

Warning: On some reservation sites it says: disabled access, and the manager of the place confirmed on the phone that it was ok, if you travel by rollator.
It's absolutely false. Gravel all the way to the front door, not enough space around the bed and NO grab bars or handles anywhere, not even to the toilet.
Otherwise, it's quiet, pretty and good breakfast.

Top ! I highly recommend this guest room, super cozy!

Great guesthouse in Wavre! My partner and I loved The Oak. The room was very comfortable, stylish decor, and the location was quiet and easy to find on the road to Brussels. The owners are very friendly and gave us good advice on activities in the region. We highly recommend! We will come back, for sure! Thank you for everything !

Nous avons dormis 3 nuits avec 9 degrés dehors et sans chauffage dans la chambre, un scandale.

Très belle propriété, mais les propriétaires non pas les moyens de chauffer la chambre ( 9 degrés dehors )
Ou de réparer la porte coulissante de la toilette qui ne ferme pas ( la toilette se trouve a 1 mètre du lit , voir photo ) .
Sans chauffage, nous sommes loin des 22 degrés a l´intérieur, et a voir les commentaires des clients, nous ne sommes pas les seuls a nous plaindre du froid a l´intérieur des chambres. En compensation, nous recevons un édredon supplémentaire et nous changeons de chambre pour une autre d´une qualité inférieur qui a exactement la même température que la précédente, sans dédommagement bien sûr. Bref un scandale
