I recommend
Arrived earlier than expected for the cheking, very well received and very good explanations. Staff smiling, helpful and very professional. Quiet rooms, garden with well maintained children's games. I recommend.

Filthy hotel. Aggressive rude staff. Noisy fridge in room & no mirror at desk.
The reception area is extremely dated & uninviting,with visible dust especially on the signage with the cutlery in the hallway area. Overall the hotel does not match the impression given by the photos on booking.com.
The garden may be appealing in pictures but for for a short stay it’s not relevant & the rest of the property does not justify the price. Cleanliness & maintenance were below expectations, dirty windows, mould around fittings & general wear & tear.
Room layout was also impractical, with large extremely low lampshades & poorly positioned 'bedside' lamps that were positioned directly behind the head of the bed which made it impossible to sit up without burning yourself on the light or bashing yourself on it.
The bar was extremely expensive, over 35euro for 4 drinks,2 being a soft drinks.
The most serious issue however, was the complete lack of sleep & although not directly the hotels fault, the lack of customer service was appalling. From 11.30pm to 6.10am, the neighbouring guest snored louder than I have ever heard. It could be heard so clearly, like they were in our room. It was completely impossible to sleep. I attempted to seek assistance by going to reception (their CCTV will confirm) at approx 11.50pm but reception was unmanned all night. There was no phone in the room & no clear way to contact staff. I sent 3 separate messages to the hotel via booking.com at 12.46am, 2.48m & 4.22am & took a clear video of the noise we had to put up with at each interval.
When raised in the morning, the issue was dismissed by both owners in an extremely defensive & aggressive manner. I was told it was my fault that we had not slept as I had not called them, after explaining that I can't call Belgian numbers. I was shown a small buzzer near to the front door that 'I should have called' but the signage is not in English, so id not have known this.
Fridge in the room extremely noisy. Broken hanger in bathroom. No mirror above a desk / dresser, and no plug near the only mirror, so unable to style hair. Had to sit on the floor to do make up.

Very good hotel in its category
Very well located in a quiet area, with a large garden
Spacious and comfortable rooms
The only small downside in the room that was reserved for us was that the shower in the bathroom did not have handles to prevent falls (the shower floor is slippery).
The staff is welcoming and receives you in your language
A good tip, reserve a spot for your vehicle!

Hotel is okay, but not worth a 4/5 star review.
Check in was slow and impersonal, the ladies seemed distracted and not particularly attentive. Information about the hotel was limited at check in so we were left to figure things out ourselves. No water in the room, this needed to be purchased at reception.
Reception was closed when we tried to check out at 08:30.
Room was okay but not outstanding, location for wider amenities was good but charge for parking at over 20€ felt expensive for a guest.

Nice neighborhood location fine, 3 room apartment with 1 refrigerator and microwave.We could ask for servicegood at reception.Staff very friendly. Furniture not clean and dated.Windows greasy hands on it from previous occupants. Bathroom renovated though.
