Excellent stay.

Friendly welcome and quick check-in.
Clean and spacious room, large TV, small fridge, and everything you need to make a hot drink.
The bathroom is spacious and clean.
The bedding is of very good quality, and the night was restful.
The hotel is quiet, but you can still hear the outside traffic.
The breakfast is complete, and there is a variety of choices.
The bar is welcoming, and the service is impeccable.
The restaurant is the weak point; the service is staggered, so you receive your dish, then the side, and only afterward the sauces, and in the meantime, you have practically finished your meal…
Parking is in addition to the room price.

Another excellent stay — wonderful staff and great facilities

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions for work, and the experience has always been excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious, and while the hotel is located outside the centre of Brussels, it is well situated for local amenities. The gym is particularly good — well equipped and spacious.
The whole place has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and that comes down to the staff. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine engagement with guests make a huge difference.
The reception team is especially impressive. Naiara was exceptionally kind and helpful during my stay this week, and her approach really made me feel at home.

While booking with Expedia I was not aware of the offers with this hotel. I arrived to a new country having to pay more out of pocket. This made a very unhappy trip as this was money I did not have. This trip cost me over 300 dollars out of pocket. This was unacceptable.
