Great base for exploring the area

We were a group of friends staying to cycle the tour of Flanders. This was a great B&B, relaxed environment, spacious comfortable rooms and nice modern décor. If I was in the area again I would stay here.
The only downside is the location is a bit out of town if you don't have a car, but there's public bus stops right outside the gate, and the town centre is walkable.
There is a small bar across the street and a few restaurants within easy walking distance.

Totally dissatisfied

Last week canceled, had been reserved for months.
Too bad we first had to call ourselves to pay in advance and then hear that there was no room for us 4 rooms because of burst water pipe. Weird that all 4 rooms are not accessible. I repeat if we hadn't called ourselves our guests were standing there without a guest.

Worth repeating

Spacious, well-kept, neat room with bathroom with toilet and spacious shower. View from the room of a meadow with animals (cows, sheep, chickens and 2 peacocks). Fresh breakfast with cold cuts, fruit, ... as it should be.

Alright!

Beautiful B&B, good friendly welcome. Room in order, neat, less well finished here and there. In the bathroom I missed a table to put a toiletry bag on (although there was enough space for this) and there was nothing in the shower to put your products on.
Lovely large bed and very quiet.
We had to leave very early and they had prepared a few things for our breakfast, but this was very basic. Only 2 small pieces of butter, we had to look for the plates ourselves, there was coffee but no milk... a pity, but we appreciate the effort they made.

Fantastic place!

In the midst of nature, decent breakfast and decent facilities in the room. Quite place but very accessible from the road. Will recommend as a good choice for sure.
Very helpful host, empathetic and helpful. Couple of restaurants near by. One very near and one, around 800mts walk.
