They delayed me for hours, infact they didn't allow me to leave the hotel , they said they did not get the payment from expedia. I was there waiting for over 4 hours.

Horrible experience

Dysfunctional rooms, horrible food, bad service, not located by the beach. Would never come back again, even for free.
Couldn't shut off the lights in my room, without sutting off the AC. The concierge could help me, and couldn't change me to another room. Have never seen something like that.
The food was so desgusting I couldn't finish my plate.

The experience was terrible. Sometime, the water will not work for like 1hrs and you will have to call them to fix it. Sometime, the light will go off and when they return the light, your room will not have light, you will have to call them to fix it. The bed was horrible, I had body pain. I have paid same amount for better hotel in Benin Republic. Also, Wifi was not working well.
