Immaculate experience, huge room, perfect bed, excellent location and service score 10.

The location is great, easy access, very practical to get around. The room has a very good size was the largest I've ever seen, well organized and clean, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The air conditioning works perfectly, freezing quickly. I liked breakfast tb. The hotel is quite new.
My congratulations to the whole team, everyone was very polite, attentive and really hospitable. I highly recommend and will definitely come back!

You'll exceed my expectations.

The hotel is super new and well located, close to Doca, shopping Boulevard and Rota do Ciro de Nazaré. I was super well served by the reception, large room and the extremely comfortable bed, which I stayed had sea views. The hotel frees the area of the restaurant to use as a coworking and has free parking. I recommend!!!

Equipe da manhã muito atenciosa. Hotel novo, mas nem sempre trocaram a roupa de cama e banho, necessitei pedir. Café da manhã bom e variado.

Faltou um saída de ar para o banheiro.
Os lençóis estavam com cheiro de suor, como se alguém tivesse dormido e não trocaram lençóis .
Garagem pequena , se vc estacionasse primeiro, tinha que esperar o outro sair para você sair , o portão não tinha controle precisava o porteiro vim abrir para poder entrar na garagem .
Fora isso, cama grande e confortável , café da manhã incrível , quarto bem amplo .

O presença de funcionário na recepção no período noturno é irregular.
Tivemos problema (creio que pontual) com alguns quartos do 6o andar que ficaram sem energia e ar-condicionado (o chuveiro elétrico, sabe-se lá por quê, continuou funcionando). Demorou para acharmos alguém de madrugada.
