Excellent accommodation

I had a great experience at the hotel, since the check-in with Luanna, which received us very well and can still provide us with some benefits due to the registration in the accor loyalty program.
New rooms, comfortable bed, very good shower; extra point for the gym, well equipped, with new appliances and very sought after and cordial service from the team.
Super recommend.

Very good

Nice hotel with some very attentive people as in the breakfast I was served by Lully and Emanuelle who were very helpful and caring. The cleanliness of the room was different from other hotels in Belém

Noisy or smelly

The first room faced the street and was far too noisy due to poorly sealed windows. We were offered a smaller room at the back, which we accepted, but it had a strong mold smell — likely caused by the constant humidity that even the air conditioning could not handle.
Breakfast was rather disappointing by European standards. One of the elevators behaved strangely at times, so we did not feel entirely safe using it.
The reception staff and overall service were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to one young waiter in the restaurant who spoke excellent English and provided outstanding service.
The hotel also has a rooftop pool and a gym, although we did not use either during our stay.
