I was the victim of intrusion and embarrassment at Hotel Mello – Police Case - HORRIBLE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL

My stay at Hotel Mello in Cascavel (PR) became a nightmare.
I left for lunch and, when I returned, I found out that the owner of the hotel (Eliseu) had ordered to open my room with the key from the reception, removed my personal belongings and put everything in the reception, without any justification.
Military police were called on and followed the case.
I have videos that prove that Employee Marcelo admitted to closing my lodging on the owner's order, and the maid confirms that he entered the room and took my belongings.
I was humiliated, exposed and left in the rain, having to look for another hotel.
Lawyers are already taking appropriate measures.
⚡️ Never staying in this place. It is a disrespectful, insecure and ethical Mood.

Disappointing.

My expectations fell far short of my expectations. I checked in for an overnight stay, as my flight was leaving the next morning. I was installed on the third floor of a building with no elevators and narrow stairs. I couldn't go up with my luggage.

Hotel fraco

Hotel com tomada dentro do box, estacionamento pequeno e estava guardando materiais de construções, roubaram um carro do hospede que estava estacionado em frente ao hotel, o cafe e o melhorzinho, tem bons bolos

Péssimo

Hotel horrível, sombrio e acima de tudo sujo. Chegamos na portaria e ja fomos destratados pelo recepcionista. Quando subimos nos quartos nos deparamos com ambiente sujo, mal cheiroso e lençóis, toalha e travesseiros manchados e sujos. Não recomendaria a ninguém.

Não voltaria

Não voltaria a me hospedar. Hotel com a limpeza extremamente duvidosa. Papel higiênico do banheiro de péssima qualidade. Mobília antiga, TV de tubo. Enfim, não recomendaria a ninguém, mesmo que a pessoa fique somente uma noite na cidade.
