Estadia maravilhosa, recomendo. Fomos bem recebidos, lugar aconchegante, com tudo o que precisávamos, me senti como se estivesse em casa. Garagem ampla, coberta, próximo a praia e restaurantes.

Totally horrendous

Terrible experience: first hotel I've been to that I have to buy toilet paper because they don't replenish it
Electric shower that barely heats anything and the very old thermal keys in the room go off, scare and total danger!!!
Every 3 days they change towels
There is no cleaning service on Saturday or Sunday.
The receptionists are rarely at work and the maids are conspicuous by their absence.
Very old window type air conditioning!!! They don't know what a split is
Scary ceiling fan, because they move so much that at any moment it falls on your head
For the love of God do not go to this hotel!!! the truth is without further comments

¿Qué se puede esperar de un cliente que contrata un taxi, que viene desde unos 50 km a recogerlo, y toma otro antes, dejando al pobre sin recibir nada? Este es el tipo de cliente que da una calificación así, alegando un montón de mentiras. El apart hotel realmente no es nuevo, pero todo funciona perfectamente y tenemos muchas notas que lo demuestran. Nuestra recepción es las 24 horas y si en algún momento no nos viste allí, puedes estar seguro de que fuiste visto por nosotros, pero frente a una persona con tan poco carisma, nadie podría realmente hablar e interactuar, si da una nota asi sin siquiera decirnos en persona que te pareció mal (si, en ningún momento se quejaron de nada) imagínate como tratan a la gente que trabaja ahí. Contratamos empleados por 3 meses porque no hay turismo el resto del año, y si estuvieras un poco más informado lo sabrías. Por último somos un apartamento de alquiler, no proporcionamos papel higiénico porque no es un hotel, donde pagas más y tienes todos los lujos que mencionas en tu comentario, si te lo puedes pagar, te aconsejo buscar uno la próxima vez.

Buen hospedaje en canasvieiras, bien ubicado, dpto amplio, calidez en la atencion del personal. Lo único que mejoraría es lo de la limpieza, que en nuestro caso, se saltearon de limpiar el dpto por un par de días. Lo demás todo perfecto

Mu lindo y comodo, es genial porq se encuentra a dos cuadras del centro de Canasveiras, y queda cerca de las agencias para contratar excursiones,de los supermercados y los boliches..mood y Jack London

Excelente lugar, mto bem localizado, limpeza e troca de toalhas perfeito, a Patrícia da recepção sempre mto atenciosa, não usamos carro, no centro de Canas, mto limpo, arejado e tranquilo, valeu mto a pena, vaga para o carro, tudo mto limpo. Voltaremos com certeza! Dica quarto 002 silencioso e mto limpo. Tem vários canais da Net.
