Great place/ Near restaurants and shops / Quiet at night

This nice flat is totally furnished and has a nice kitchen and balcony.
The main room with bathroom can be separated from the living room by closing a nice wooden door, which gives privacy at night if you are travelling with kids or friends.
The access to the place is easy although you have to cross a short unpaved road with some mud.
I know this place is a flat (kind of a time-sharing place), but I still missed not having a breakfast served by the property (in a common area).
You can easily walk to 4 different beaches and even though it´s near many restaurants and shops, it´s quiet at night. Just make sure to close the windows at around 5h30 pm to avoid having bugs at night.

This place is great!!!

We didnt know all that much about Itacare but ended up extending our stay from 4 to 14 nights. Much of the reason for this is the great location and standard of Arpoador flat. With a wonderful town and lots of nice restaurants and good nightlife on one side, and really nice beaches and surf opportunities on the other (10min walk). The flat is clean and equipped with the basics for cooking. The staff is great and helpfull and so are the neighbours/ locals. We had the pleasure of attending barbeques, sushi dinners etc trough these wonderful people. We will definatly come back and stay at Arpoador, so should you...

Adoramos o Flat

Lugar muito bacana para estar com a família. Lugar tranquilo com arrumação diária e bem pertinho da Rua da Pituba e das praias. Tem estacionamento na área externa, a rua já está calçada, fomos a pé para a Pituba e fomos prontamente atendidos em tudo que precisamos.

Cuidado com as reservas desse lugar

Fizemos um reserva pelo nosso site preferido de hoapedagem, conseguimos 24% de descontto! 300,00! Mas quando chegar o dono do lugar cobrou 240,00 a mais, dizendo que a nosso reserva era pra 2 pessoas, e pagamos pra 4. Final da historia, pagamos pra nao arrumar confusão, descaso total com as pessoas, porque nem la ele foi pra reaolver e na verdade nem fez questão. Agora falando da cidade, povo sem educação e desonesto, e o arpoador flar confirmou isso. Não recomendo, se forem, cuidado, pena que nao tem 0 estrela, porque seria.

Gostei bastante

As acomodações foram boas, fiquei em duas oportunidades, neste mesmo mês, muito bem localizado, as moças do atendimento muito solicitas, espaços excelentes, no apartamento gostei de tudo, exceto a tv q poderia ser smart para ajudar. Já no quarto studio achei que no banheiro precisa de um suporte para sabonetes e cremes, gera um transtorno não terem, além de uma tomada na pia, uma sugestão é quanto a varanda, precisa de uma proteção, pois no terceiro andar sem proteção fica impossível usar a rede, muito arriscado. Voltarei em outras oportunidades.
