What a wonderful experience in Itacaré!
I stayed for two days in Concha Tropical Flat with my children, husband, my parents and my father-in-law, and I can say with certainty: the place completely exceeded our expectations!
From the first contact to the reservation, we were very well served. All doubts were clarified even before our arrival, always with a lot of attention, cordiality and promptness in the answers. This left us very calm, especially because we were traveling with my parents and father-in-law.
When we arrived, the surprise was even better than we imagined from the photos. The flat is huge, very well distributed, comfortable and extremely clean. We managed to organize the spaces so that everyone was well accommodated, with comfort and privacy. The structure is excellent: fridge, stove, utensils — all very well organized and working perfectly.
The location is simply perfect, in front of Praia da Concha, which greatly facilitated our routine.
I also want to highlight the staff member responsible for cleaning: extremely polite, attentive and concerned. Always asked if we needed anything. As we went out for a walk, the flat was carefully cleaned, and when we returned, everything was impeccable, organized and fragrant.
And what really won our heart was the balcony! Facing the beach, with a wonderful gourmet space and barbecue. We had the privilege of making a delicious barbecue in the late afternoon, enjoying the breeze of the sea and that amazing view.
Honestly, I have absolutely nothing to complain about — just compliments. I recommend closed eyes! Certainly, the next time I go to Itacaré, I will stay again at Concha Tropical Flat. It was a cozy, comfortable and unforgettable experience for the whole family!

perfect place!
Super nice flat, in front of the beach, chill, mellow and save. It´s owner are very nice people who live there, who are always up to help.
Close from the main street "pituba", where is always nice to go for dinner, from the firsh market, the handmade market, the sunset point and no far from the surf´s beach.
Olso the front beach is a perfect place!!!

Wonderful find in Itacare
We had a wonderful holiday in Itacare, staying at the Concha Tropical Flats. The apartments are run and owned by the same people as the Pousada Coqueiro Verde (where we stayed on our first visit to Itacare some years ago). The apartments are in a fantastic position, overlooking Praia de Concha with sea views, and a very short walk to the centre of town. Well equipped, with comfortable beds and kept spotless by the daily maid service, Concha Tropical Flat was a great base for our holiday. The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 and was a welcome place to return to at the end of the day - especially to the hammock on the ample verandah and air conditioning! Owners, Nick and Elaine are both English speakers (and so is manager, Sandra). All were extremely welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was arranging boat trips or advising us on restaurants and places to visit.
For self-catering accommodation, sea views and close to town, the Concha Tropical Flats offer fantastic value in a beautiful setting.

Ideal apartment right on the beach
This place is excellent. The location right on Concha beach is ideal. The apartments are very nice, with good beds and plenty of space. Everything works well and is maintained. The maid service everyday was a welcome plus. Nick was very helpful with taking care of anything we needed and making recommendations. If something broke they fixed it right away. We highly recommend this place for families. There is even a swing set right on the property.

Lovely place on the beach
After 5 months traveling we wanted to relax for a week before heading home to the UK. We paid extra to stay here but it was so worth it. Its on the beach, really quiet at night and no where near the noise of bars and hostels in town.
It is a 10/15 min walk into town so best to plan your shopping trips wisely but a few supermarkets to choose from.
The flats were spotless and cleaned every day. We had a power cut one night so the owner gave us keys to another room and by the time we returned the next day it was all fixed again.
