Perfect Accommodation! Best place to meet people and make friends.
I loved the accommodation. It was my first time in a hostel here in Brazil and my first time in a shared room. The staff are awesome, the cleanliness is impeccable and the room's locker is huge.
I felt at home. I will still go back. I highly recommend this hostel.

Hostel without hostel spirit and with a toxic host
I had a fantastic experience with the people I met at the hostel, all the volunteers and guests I had contact left me unforgettable memories, as to the hostel some memories I preferred to forget, right on the first day when I arrived one of the volunteers was trying to explain to a stranger about the payment he should make, but I was not able to explain in English, I went to help her, at the same time a man I thought was another volunteer appeared and began to humiliate her in front of me saying that her work was ugly, that she was not knowing how to perform the function, then I found out that this man was one of the owners, called Wyllian, which left me more shocked with the situation, instead of calling in a corner and giving a feedback and he explained how he preferred to humiliate the girl in front of whom he was, being a situation that was not unique, but if it repeated in other moments, he told me in my culinary of him in the last two days, and he was well discussing with her.
This wyllian was in addition to his intimate joke with the volunteers, he himself made me extremely uncomfortable on my second day, when playing with another guest about the price to wash that was 3,00 per piece, wyllian had acquired an extremely aggressive tone and no logic sending me telling how much the service should be worth since I was finding expensive, which didn't make sense since we were talking in tone of joke, but he ended up questioning me several times in extremely aggressive tone of glorious eyes and gestures with the hand, in all his behaviors I realized how it is the type of man that if you step down the thigh, he quickly becomes explosive, which made me think of changing hostel on the same day, but I ended up realizing because I crashed ties with the people, at another moment when one of the guests was tattooing with one of the tattoos, he volunteered from the stomach down to just a gay chair, he had an illlian guy, and he said it was not enough that he was a kind of guest.
As for the structure of the hostel, there is a cabinet in the kitchen with a very strong smell of mold, I bought an egg board and kept in this cabinet two days after all the eggs were like black outside and with mould hair, I spoke to the owner who asked me if I had kept the egg closed or opened in a bag, which did not make sense since the problem is in the cabinet, the shower in the bathroom has been a 3-minute timer in which after this time the water becomes cold, making it impossible to take a real bath with this restriction, there is no rule of silence in the hostel, on a Sunday the owners themselves took friends to the hostel to watch a football game, and were screaming at almost 1am, being that the room is glued to the room. The owners do not mind to let the person check in and enter the rooms at any time of the dawn, I was awakened at 6 a.m. by a new person who had entered the room and was knocking the door of the closet, closet this glued to my pillow, never seen in any hostel being allowed a person to enter a room before 10 a.m. Many people in the hostel work from home office and end up being pretty uncomfortable because all the tables and chairs are bar, that you can not stand sitting for more than 30 minutes, I don't know if the owners have never been guests in other hostels, but usually you appreciate the comfort in the living areas, putting chairs and chairs more comfortable, could be mounted a coworking area on the side where there are the windows of the rooms, besides the internet that is very weak, on the second floor in the mixed room is even worse, the signal is almost nonexistent, I used more my mobile data than the wifi.
The breakfast disappointed me very much, every day were the same things, the egg had no taste of anything, I don't know what they put to prepare that took all the taste, it was a breakfast that you felt that you were there by obligation and because the booking stated that there was coffee.
The clothes that I stretched on the rope were always taken by them and placed on a table, because they needed the ropes to stretch the hostel sheets, which are usually stretched in other areas and not together with the guests' clothes, which resulted in me losing an intimate piece that I had stretched along with other 4 pieces in 1 day and the other day I found them folded next to the (microwave?) in the kitchen, missing that piece that they said they didn't know where it was, if they didn't move in the guest's clothes in the barrel it ⁇ 't happen.
They serve lunch every day for 20,00, but on the day they don't do they simply don't warn, I was caught by surprise in 2 days, when I arrived and didn't have lunch, because they saw that there would be few guests in the day and that there would be no profit, they don't do and don't warn. After all, the hostel does not look like a hostel, it does not have the captivating energy that a hostel should have, it is more a common house used to have only profit as a hostel, without thinking about the convenience in many aspects and having a bad host.

The person in the photo leaves me on the street with my daughter at night alone because I felt her pride
Horrible experience, the person in the photo didn't respect that I was talking on my cell phone, he practically wanted me to stop doing my business to serve him, as if I were more of an employee than a customer who was paying for that service, That's why I felt completely uncomfortable with my daughter, I looked ugly. And finally, as a result of that fight, I left the place with a 7-year-old girl at night just to get rid of the poison she had, creating danger and problems. On the other hand, this person was always smoking marijuana, making the place inappropriate, rude and with little manners, who almost beat me up, being responsible for customer service, I don't remember the young man's name but if it's the one in the photo , I remember I don't recommend this place, maybe it's the worst experience of my entire life, staying in places.

Quartos arejados, com ar condicionado e ventiladores. Banheiro dentro do quarto feminino. De frente para uma base da polícia, ou seja, um local muito seguro.
