Met the expectations

The guesthouse is quite simple, but met my expectations, bed linen and bathroom clean and fragrant, the shower is excellent! The bed is comfortable.
The breakfast I found good and in the service were all friendly!
My goal was to stay in the parks, so what the guesthouse offered was enough.
The pool needs to be renovated, we do not use, but the environment is quite nice to stay.

Don't trust the pictures.

I already expected a simple place, but the problem is the carelessness. Unfinished stuff, parking full of bush and old stuff. Refined breakfast, fruit from the day before, hard and cold cheese bread, probably from the day before as well. The place may even be simple, but you could be more careful with the details. The photos q are on the internet do not match the real environment.

Atendimento ruim !!!

Pousada simples, mas limpa. Viajamos em grupo, o atendimento é bem ruim, funcionários mal humorados. Café da manhã sem reposição de itens. Deixa muito a desejar !!! Pior ponto com certeza é a má vontade dos funcionários. Não voltaremos mais !

Ótimo atendimento.

Recepção 24hrs, fechamos 4 diárias, tudo ocorreu sem problemas, ótimo atendimento, principalmente pela recepção, nos orientando com relação a lugares para visitar e para jantar. Fica há 20 minutos indo a pé para Thermas. Minha única queixa é com relação ao café da manhã que o suco ofertado não é natural.

Cozinheiras/Copeiras racistas

Estava tudo ok na minha estadia até o primeiro dia em que fui tomar café. A cozinheira/copeira perguntou a qual quarto eu pertencia... eu na minha inocencia respondi, mas comecei a perceber que esta pergunta foi feita só para mim (negra)... A nenhum hospede foi perguntado nada enquanto eles pegavam os itens para fazer as refeiçoes... Nem ao meu marido que é branco e desceu para tomar café depois, nada foi perguntado a ele... E não contente, no segundo dia a historia repetiu-se com outra cozinheira?copeira... Deveria ter feito um escandalo na hora... Será que pensam que o negro não pode estar em uma pousada paga honestamente com seu dinheiro...Já estive em pousadas e hoteis melhores e nunca fui tratada assim, uma lástima... O dono deveria orientar melhor seus funcionários.
