VERY PLEASENT RESTAURANT

It was superb.....very kind staff, the food was perfectly cooked.. we will defenately come again, as the prices was very reasonable..
the atmospheare was very comfortable and clean with a fire place in the middle...

absolute recommendation. authentic restaurant and great overnight stay. The food is completely from our own production. The people very nice and Bansko is also a great location in summer. With many sights and an interesting history

The best ever incredible stay

Me and my husband had an incredible stay at Matsurev Han, Bansko The food is great and found out what the reason is, simply because Everything is homemade, all the products from their own production are organically produced until the production of the home-made meat , local dishes.
The service and the hygiene is at a very high level.
Everyone are smiling and friendly, making you feel at home.
Thank you for the lovely holiday we had.
We strongly recommend this place

Review For Hotel And Restaurant

Pros:
1.Hotel is located near to the bus station and the city center
2.Clean rooms with fresh sheets etc also very fashionable even if they are small and of course the heat was great so in cold weather you feel good
3.Helpful receptionist
4.The tavern below was absolutely great in everything..Good prices , very friendly and polite waiters/waitresses with good knowledge of English language , old fashioned and stylish..The dishes were amazing each one of them.. Meat was soft like butter and the breakfast also was delicious..I rate this place as the best restaurant in Bansko..Definately I would choose over and over .. Also it had live music and all the people were up dancing..

1.At the tavern I would like another style of music and not only the local one (Personal Opinion always)
2.At night(around 4-5 am) there was not anyone in the reception and today I almost lost my bus cause I had to call them to come.. And the response I got when the guy arrived was ''You should tell me yesterday so I know , in an angry way'' and after some Bulgarian language..
To sum up..It's a great hotel and I totally recommend it to anyone who want to go to Bansko for food and also to live there!

Excellent service from Ivan and all the staff

Very accommodating and friendly, helped with snowboards and with an issue we had with the booking through booking.com and were happy to change our dates for no extra charge. The room was comfortable with a balcony for smoking and a small bathroom.
