Modern, friendly and spotless

A great place to stay in the heart of the Rhodopes. A short walk to the reservoir. Comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Car parking. A warm welcome and great value for money.
We'd be happy to return here.

The best and friendliest hotel around

Hotel Kristal is our favourite place for relaxing. We discovered this gem while looking for a place to sleep while discovering the Dospat area with lake and amazing caves. This was in May 2016 and since then I have returned already 2 times. The place is impeccable with amazing high-end furnishing and interior. The owner, however, is the reason we keep coming back for more. He is too sweet and so very friendly. He makes sure the service is excellent. From the beginning of this year there is also a SPA center with a gigantic jacuzzi, which a couple would just love to hang in.
There nothing else to do but strongly suggest Kristal hotel!

Amazing place and services

Perfect place for relaxing. The service is excellent. There is also SPA center.
The place is based near to the lakes, caves and other beautiful views.
I strongly suggest Kristal hotel!

Perfect place for your vacation.

Me and my family were there at the end of September 2016. We have booked an apartment. It is well arranged and cozy. There is a kitchenette with all dishes that you need. The hotel and rooms/apartments are clean. The dinner (not included in the price) was very delicious. I recommend to everyone to take a salmon-trout. The breakfast is rich and if you want something that is not in the menu the host will try to satisfy all your wishes. Definitely if we are going again to Dospat we will stay in Kristal hotel.

Fantastic little hotel (cheap, elegant and clean)

My friends and I were on a road trip around the country and happened to find this lovely hotel. Booked the 'family room' (4 people), it was fantastic, very spacious and clean.
The hotel is quite cheap, includes breakfast and jacuzzi. Everything in the hotel was made with style and it was a pleasure to stay in.
