Poor.

Poor hotel, unpleasant smell with a non-existent cleaning towels are changed every other day.
An experience that I do not wish to anyone is not like in photo scam insured, can be comforting for nearby comforts but of the rest everything poor

It needs to improve

We stayed two nights in a twin room. There was a problem with the space for getting out the beds, beds and linen were old but clean. Bathroom had a problem with ventilation system as odors from other room came to us, smelled cigarettes too much for a non smoking room. Staff were nice. Not worth for the price or just one night. Location relatively good

Very good location! Tiny bathrooms and rooms, good for 1-2 nights

Not very cozy - nice rooms, poor bathrooms, the whole place is a bit dark and not spacious. Location - very close to the central Post Office. Ok for a solo business travel, not appropriate for families and children.

A nice and cosy place

I just came back from Plovdiv, where we spent the weekend at Hotel Allur. I can't say anything bad about the place! It is situated in the very heart of the ancient city and despite one of the big boulevards is at the doorway, we didn`t have any problems with the traffic noise- it's really sound-proof! The service is on a high level and the staff are really friendly! Thank you, guys! We were there with our three kids and we were all comfortable and had no problems on the noise kids were making...
I do reccomend it for a cosy and remembering trip to this fantastic town!
