Comfortable stay in a good location
Nice hotel with a great location, within walking distance to the park and close to main attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and a pleasant overall stay.

Perfect stop on the way to Greece
Very pleasant stay in Sandanski
We had a great stay at Hotel Avis in Sandanski. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is its location – it is right next to the city park and offers a beautiful view, which makes the stay very relaxing.
The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable, allowing us to rest well after traveling. The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and quiet.
The staff was polite, friendly and helpful, which always makes a big difference. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived.
Sandanski itself is a wonderful town with a mild climate, fresh air and a great park!
We would gladly stay here again.

Extreme welcoming and pets friendly!
We visited for just one night, after being hiking Pirin for a week. The place was so friendly and peaceful I cannot really compare it to almost any small hotel I have been. It is really nice clean and just perfectly located and they welcomed us so warm we felt the place as a extremely relaxing and refreshing home away from home! Pets are also welcome and when they say wecome they mean it!

Extremely friendly Hotel
The hotel is in a beautiful area of Sandanski right by the park and the sounds of the birds and the fast flowing river is wonderful. I have stayed here a couple of times now due to circumstances on my own and the staff have been absolutely amazing. They are extremely helpful, very cheerful and the hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is lovely, the room I had was very clean and extremely comfortable.

No lift, on a climb
The hotel is nice, our double room was clean and wide. The same was the bathroom. The staff is kind.
But, there are two big issues.
The first is that it is located on a steep climb, where buses make it difficult to get there. So, our van waited at the bottom of the descent, forcing us to bring our luggage, and it was not a pleasant situation. A couple of ladies couldn't do it, so we also brought their luggage.
The second negative factor is that the hotel doesn't even have a lift, so we dragged our luggagge for four floors.
For a few extra levs in Sandanski there are same level or better hotels without being forced to toil to reach the room.
