However, as I should know any time coming back to visit my home country, I am now considered a tourist...had some appetizers and drinks later...didn't look at the restaurant bill until later, and of course the most expensive item was charged x 2....advise all to review your bill carefully, not just here, but anywhere in Bulgaria in general...

Disappointing experience, especially regarding cleanliness. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very negative.
Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very negative. Upon our arrival, we found 2 of the 4 pillows in the room clearly already used, with the outer pillowcases not changed. Something like this is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a 4-star hotel, where one expects a decidedly higher level of cleanliness and hygiene.
We arrived at the hotel very late, around 3:00 AM, and we left at 10:00 AM, so we had very little time available. We were exhausted and, honestly, we didn't feel like arguing with the staff or asking to change the linens. In the end, we preferred to sleep without using those pillows.
The only positive note is the shuttle service, which worked well and was convenient.
For the rest, a situation like this really leaves a lot to be desired. We will certainly not return to this hotel and would not recommend it, especially considering the category of the property.

On check in, I was charged with 15€ payment from my credit card for nothing. 3 days later and lots of phone calls money is still not back in my account.
Hotel staff sales the parking for long term and for hotel guests parking is in middle of nowhere.
Never come back.
