Conned out of bail. Caution!
The weekend had been acceptable, until the moment they return our bail... they had requested €100 that we gave in two €50 bills and when on Sunday we were leaving, and after half an hour of waiting, arrived and returned it in the same way. At the time of giving it to us he showed us that it had been promised and the attention was diverted to the ring. The money was saved and our mistake not to have contrasted it. When we arrive at the airport and have to use it, we realize that it is a €50 ticket and another €10, we were missing €40!! We call her and expose the past and she starts dragging us out, she says she should talk to her boss, how about .. and she has automatically stopped answering us and we without our 40€.
You can see good reviews and it is understandable since the house is well located to walk everywhere. But inside “leaves to be desired”, everything divided into 4 floors, the rooms decent but the pillows very thin. A bathroom on the top floor good, and on the second floor small and shower is without a space as such, in the middle of it, so if you use it, you lose the usefulness of the bathroom until it dries. In the entrance a mini kitchen and on the lower floor, cellar style, the large with the table, we could not use it because of the cold that it was.
If you go to the house, give you the exact address since the one they give on the portals that are promoted is not and gives problems to taxi drivers to find it and be careful with returning the bail.

Watch out! Scammed on the last day
The location of the site is good, the rooms “without more”, the very fine pillows, one of the bathrooms very impractical, as it has the shower and toilet in the same place, so if you shower in that bathroom you will have to collect all the water and wait for the floor to dry to continue using it. Overall we would have put an “acceptable” review if not for the last day we were viciously ripped off.
You have to give a 100€ deposit, which we had prepared from Spain with two 50€ notes.
On the last day, the “landlady” arrived half an hour late to return it to us knowing that we were going with the time caught for the return. At least she appeared, but then she gave us the folded bills, as soon as she did, quickly diverted attention to her ring, saying super excitedly that she had been asked to marry the day before. Very ignorant of us not to check the tickets right there, but everything was so fast and “nice” that we trusted each other. That money was reserved for taxis back, so until we needed it we didn't notice the scam. He had given us 10€ within 50€. We called to report the error and it was all bad excuses, until they stopped answering... regrettable.

Beware, scammers! / Cuidado, ¡TIMADORES!
Everything was going well during our stay until the last day.
We paid the 100-euro deposit upon arrival with two 50-euro bills. On the day of our departure, the woman arrived half an hour late—even though she knew we had to leave on time—and handed us all the money together while immediately telling us that she had just been proposed to, etc.
The shock came when, as we went to pay for the taxis to the airport with that deposit money, instead of two 50-euro bills we ended up with one 50 and one 10-euro note. We wrote to the woman, trusting it was a mistake, and she explained everything away with excuses, such as claiming it must have been our fault for paying with that money and not noticing (in Sofia, no matter how much you want to pay in euros, they won’t accept them—and if they do, they won’t give you the change in euros). When she saw our anger, as we began to realize she was swindling us and that the marriage proposal was just an excuse to distract us, she said she had to speak with her boss because she didn’t have any money.
To this day, nearly 48 hours later, we haven’t received any response from them and they have stopped replying to our WhatsApp messages.
Do not book with them, as they will try to scam you.

Pagamos los 100 euros de la fianza a nuestra llegada en dos billetes de 50eur. El día de nuestra salida, la mujer llegó media hora tarde, cuando sabía que nosotras teníamos que salir en hora porque nos teníamos que ir; nos dio el dinero junto e inmediatamente nos contó que acababan de pedirle matrimonio, etc.
La sorpresa fue cuando, al ir a pagar los taxis al aeropuerto con ese dinero de la fianza, en vez de dos billetes de 50 euros teníamos uno de 50 y uno de 10eur. Escribimos a la mujer confiando en que fuera un error y nos llamó todo con excusas tales como que si no habrá sido error nuestro que hemos pagado con ese dinero y no nos hemos dado cuenta (en Sofia por mucho que quieras pagar en euros, no te los van a coger y si lo hacen, no te van a dar las vueltas en euros). Ya al ver nuestro cabreo, porque empezamos a entender que nos estaba timando y que la táctica de la pedida había sido solo una excusa para desviar la atención, nos dijo que tenía que hablar con su jefe porque ella no tenía dinero.
A día de hoy, casi 48h después, no tenemos respuesta de ellos y han dejado de respondernos al whatsapp.
No reservéis con ellos, porque os van a intentar engañar.
