Amazing experience

It was our summer vacation in NL.
Last night we decided to spend in Hillside Cottages.
It was very good,we liked EVERYTHING.
Thank the owners.
Nice,new cabin,amazing place.We enjoyed.
Hope to come back again.

No bathroom privacy! Poop in front of your partner

No bathroom privacy!!!! My husband and I rented one of the executive cottages. Huge problem as the toilet stall is completely open to the bedroom. Meaning, if you are sleeping in the middle of the night and your husband has to have diarrhea, you better be prepared or you will have to get up and put on your clothes and go outside. No privacy!!!! Your husband poops right there! In the open!!!! Also, the toilet tissue is so thin you can see through it. There are two glass doors that you can close to separate the bedroom/toilet from the couch tv area, but then, it’s completely open at the top of the doors lol. You can hear everything! My husband was on the toilet , I was sitting by the tv and was talking to him like he was right there! That’s how little bathroom privacy there is. Also, we called to say we would be arriving late. The man said there is someone in the office until 9. I called around eight to get help with directions as the gps address took us somewhere else, and no one answered the phone. I tried many times. Thanks only to my nephew I found it.

Lovely Spot To Get Away!

We rented the 3 bedroom cottage for a family get together and it was so LOVELY! Beautiful space, clean, private, and friendly staff. Everyone was so pleased and wished we had booked a longer stay - we will all be back for sure! There is also a food truck and store on site.

Dirty water

Lovely and clean, peaceful and serene. However, there was a posted sheet stating there was a 'boil water' advisory in effect. Had we known, we definitely would have stayed elsewhere. Nowhere did it state this during booking process.
