This is one of the best accommodations we have had the pleasure of staying at. The very personable and helpful staff were so welcoming upon our arrival… 5 stars to the staff for sure! Overly impressed at how clean the entire hotel is from the lobby right down to every corner of the room. The pool and hot tub are very well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our use of them. Breakfast was ready at 5am as scheduled and the only challenge was deciding what to have as there is such a variety. Breakfast was hot and very tasty! Overall we felt incredibly comfortable staying here. I can confidently recommend Canalta Brooks to anyone needing to book accommodations while in the area. Definitely a great stay!

Very nice hotel, disappointed with the breakfast. With allergy restrictions like Gluten, I was hoping that they could accommodate, but not the case. I was offered a slice of gluten free bread and advised that everything else was cross contaminated. Not even scrambled eggs or bacon? I have stayed a less expensive hotels in Brooks like the Heritage Inn where they were able to accommodate a decent breakfast for those who have a Gluten allergy. Also, we had asked an associate to tidy up our room as we where Leaving for the day and received a reply stating that they would, when we returned later that day, nothing was touched. I will not stay here again.

Great stay! Rooms clean, pool clean And well maintained. Staff excellent. By far the best buffet breakfast- many varieties, area clean and stocked. Great Hotel

The front staff were courteous and helpful! The room was clean. Saw several small beatles, but that is expected this time of year.
The hottub was disgusting! Several inches of dead skin foam and discoloured to a nasty brown color! Was slimy and lots of “floatie things” in there.
There was a hockey tournament and the boys were very disrespectful of others that wanted to use the waterslide and pool. I don’t blame the boys, just wish their parents had some common sense as there were multiple young kids that wanted to utilize the waterslide and pool and felt they couldn’t as they were intimidated.
Overall it was a good stay as it is a place to sleep. Comfy beds, nice shower and blackout curtains!!
Will definitely stay here again if I have to!
Oh yeah, bonus is that Montana’s is right there!! Yum yum!!
