We've had a great experience at An Yang's house. She was extremelly friendly and helpful, also very kind. Room was good, very comfortable for two. Location was perfect, very close to the Metrotown station, which made it easy for us to get around, and the Metrópolis at Metrotown mall also helped, as we could get anything, from groceries and shopping, to many dining options.

Room was clean and check in was very easy and simple. Hosts were great with answering any questions that you had quickly. Would definitely stay again as the area is great and really close to all types of transportation to get around ! Thank you for having me

Ok. This is the most important review you’ll need about this property. I am going to be completely honest. I would stay here again, under the condition that I had earplugs. If you want to sleep in and somebody else doesn’t. You will know they didn’t want to sleep in. Every movement you make, your neighbors hear it. If you fart, they will know it. The doors are very loud, the wood floor does nothing to help with sound. It is a very nice accommodation and the bed was extremely comfortable. But I was awakened by all The movement from my neighbors and I did not have earplugs. There is a bit of a convoluted code locked door to get in as well. Also, parking is on the street, not behind the fence. All that being said. All of that being said. I would stay here again. I did not have a bad stay and things that could’ve made it better were within my control. So take it all to heart. Again,very comfortable beds and great location within walking distance to downtown Burnaby and the mall and other shops.

I travel around the world to learn, work, business, consulting, demonstrations, promotions especially the watermelon for Melon I and MWPB for the last 24 years! Best people I meet and work with! The best I met a lot of people and they love to eat and taste the freshest sweet watermelon recipes that I created for millions people for hundreds different big conventions shows all over United States and Canada! Love to work very hard and create millions portions of tasty samples for millions customers! They love all the samples of watermelon spicy watermelon salsas, watermelon Peking Duck wraps! Sometimes I use shrimp Roasted chicken…..! The most important watermelon has the natural sweet flavor that brings a great taste of all the recipes that I created! Most important is only one big sweet watermelon can serve and make entire families very happy with a lot of smiling faces after a dinner or BBQ! The best is Melon 1 and famers can grow and provide watermelon all year round, even in winter and early spring non stop to supply all over USA and Canada lovely and very happy million families after dinner lunch and evenly in breakfast!! They really make a lot of families very happy especially those little kids with love smiling faces when they holding and eating those big but sweet pieces of watermelon in their little hands during hot summer like yesterday big July 4 out door BBQ!!!!!!
