The staff were lovely! They even surprised us with a card and some chocolates for our anniversary. The only downfall was that there doesn’t seem to be enough elevators. The waits were long. And we couldn’t choose the stairs because the fire alarm would sound. A lot of others were also disappointed they couldn’t use the stairs.

Hotel was very clean and beautiful. Conveniently located at the mall. Elevators were really slow. Helpful staff, we arrived before check in so they held our luggage and sent me a text when our room was ready. Would certainly stay again if in the area.

It was awful. An alarm started going off after 2 am. We were left with unknowns whether there was a fire or intruder…it was very scary. It went off for over an hour. And then again at 7:30 and 8am . It was very stressful and we did not have a restful night. It was awful, lack of communication.

Great trip … upgraded to adjoining room which was great with meeting family. Water park & Galaxyland were wonderful & not busy which was awesome.

Check-in an hour before check in time WOW. what a win
Use the Valet, stress free parking at WEM, another win
we did opt out of having our bags delivered to our room. Next time.
The hotel was busy for the international minor hockey so a minor wait at the elevator,
the room was clean and ready, with a custom greeting on the TV.
If yo u have never stayed at this hotel highly recommend this experience
