Not bad

170$ a night, which is expendive to me, the whole southern Ontario is over priced. Comfortable bed decent shower but the door wouldn’t close while your taking a shower , confusing controls for hot and water , good location with 24 hours Denny’s .

Clean room and good size. Hotel is close to many activities and restaurants and shopping. Also in a bus route. Very accessible.

Room was clean. Nice restaurant on site. Staff in both the hotel and restaurant were friendly and helpful. room was good except for the shower. It wasn't very good.

Great spot if you're looking to hop on or off the QEW. Two restaurants attached. Food was real good

Horrible experience - worst hotel ive stayed in Vancouver.

Experience is horrible. first of all, we booked hotel way in advance for about $800 a night and it cant be canceled when 1 week before we checked the same room we booked is at $500 a night.
For the price we paid, they didnt clean our room for the whole 3 days of our stay. did the basic essentials of changing towels and that's it. We had to call multiple times to get soap or towels because they gave us -1 of what's needed.
Gym and spa is never functional.
We accidentally left stuff which we know for a fact is on the kitchen counter. called immediately and was told to just come to pick it up. when we arrived, not only they said they couldnt find it, they said it was never there because the report said it's not mentioned things were left behind. (clearly someone in the process took it).
I wouldnt stay here anymore. 1/5 stars
