The breakfast was excellent.
We stayed at this location because we were attending an out door concert at SaskTel Place.
We had to pay over $400 for one night due to demand and that was not impressive.

Disgusting property and horribly managed

Absolute terrible experience. The first room we checked into had sticky entryway, which I believe was remnant pet urine. Walking into the washroom there were clumps of hair stuck to the shower walls so it was quite obvious this room had not been cleaned other than the beds made. We are moved to a room on the fourth floor, which was cleaner, although there was remnant liquid or body fluids on the headboard. We booked the hotel because of the waterslide and pool. The water in both the pool and the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. Cloudy filthy water. I would bet the water hasn’t been changed out in the past couple years.
To top it off the HVAC system wasn’t working in the hotel and it was 26° in the hallways. Of course the room units couldn’t up with the heat of the overall building. When I raised the issue the employee at the front desk I was told that the hotel HVAC had nothing to do with the little HVAC unit in the room and if I was using it properly, we wouldn’t be having an issue. Clearly had no concept of what I was even trying to explain. Following dealing with her I did speak to another manager on the phone who apologized. A check out I requested a discount since it was a sleepless night and I was told they could offer 15% off our next stay. What a joke!
Never again! Disgusting property, and horribly managed!

We are truly sorry for the numerous issues you encountered during your visit, starting with the condition of your first room and continuing with concerns in your guest room on the fourth floor. The condition of the pool area and the heat throughout the building clearly led to a disappointing stay, and we can understand how frustrating that must have been.
It is especially troubling to know the response from our front desk did not provide the support or understanding you deserved at the moment. Our housekeeping, engineering, and Guest Relations teams will be reviewing your feedback closely as we work to address these concerns on multiple fronts.

There was a huge stain on the rug. The bed and pillows were good but the breakfast was not. I would not stay here again!

New building. All the Comfort Inn basics PLUS workout and pool facilities. We were traveling with a pet - they provided a "doggy bag" on check-inn, as well as a door handle tag indicating a pet was inn the room. Nice touch!
