Great location. My kids had a great time at the pool. They had to turn the water off that night. But we knew in advance and decided to keep the room anyway, and the staff was great about bringing us bottled water. When we needed it. We also got upgraded, which is always awesome.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food options in hotel were great. Good location, right next to the river with beautiful views. Bed/pillows too soft for my liking. A lot of noise came through the door from the main hall

Amazing stay. We will be back.

We spent three days in a business suite, room 538. Firstly our welcome from Brynn? Was warm and welcoming. When we were going to the parking garage we went the wrong way Vincent waved frantically and had us on the right track.
The room was immaculate. Clean and very well furnished. The Murphy bed was excellent for the granddaughter. A bottle opener and corkscrew plus other glasses would have been welcomed.
We dined in both the Steak house and Scarlet. Staff were very attentive. Tana?, our server, dark hair, glasses and tattoos made us so welcome she made our evening. Thank you.
All staff were friendly and very helpful.
I thought I had booked another hotel but I will definitely be back to the Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon.

Hotel was very clean and helpful staff in great location, Hotel needing 24/7 security in parking lot as multiple vehicles get broken into and no access to hotel from back parking lot, have to to walk around with bags to front of hotel and at night is not safe. Underground parking is ok but limited as medium sized suv does not fit.
