Mold on some bathroom walls, pool closed, signs with $200 fine for garbage cans placed in hallways.

Worst hotel in ontario
1- The location and how to get to the entrance of the hotel is quite complicatedl. Be prepared to figure that out on Google maps.
2- Dont bother with the Continental breakfast. There is no fresh coffee made, it's teabags of coffee and boiled water, teabags of coffee. packaged egg muffins like if you went to the convenience store and juice boxes for kids. You're better off walking across the street to the Tim Hortons
3- The pool doesn't work, hasn't and never will , and even if it did work, I wouldn't swim in it considering how poorly they care for the rooms, I can't imagine what they don't do in areas fungus could grow
4- theres signs everywhere of what not to do or else. It literally feels like you're walking into hotel nightmare show and you're waiting for Gordon to pop out somewhere.
5- there's a man that works the night shift there at the entrance. He absolutely unequivocally does not like his job. He doesn't want to be there, so why is he. No smile, no how are you, just a bland look of disgust and misery
6- We called maintenance twice to fix the TV and they never came. The TV options work like they're in 1996. No Netflix, no screen mirroring, no channels, or if you get a channel that says something well you're going to get a different show.The remote didn't work and the desk told us to literally play with the wire to get things going
You do not have a " do not disturb" tab, so the cleaning lady comes in automatically , which personally, id rather they come at the end of my stay but that's a personal preference, the option to chose wasn't available.
The pictures speak for themselves. Cigarette burns on the shower curtain, loose shelves, bug poop all on a walls and shower. I should of brought my magic eraser and scrubbed half the shower to show them how to actually clean a shower. We wore Crocs in the shower.
Dusty shelves. A size sticker from a previous stay on the wall. The windows with kid prints and smears. The doors with forehead smears around the peephole. The crusty shower. The dirty carpets, my friend kept her socks on the whole time.
The only positive thing I have to say were how comfortable the bed were, but I brought my own pillow. And with everything we saw, we knew those sheets weren't probably as clean as we'd hope.
forget about reading a book with the reading lights, one was broken and the other was plugged up out with cocking
Oh and the duct tape by the elevator door..like really? On top of it smelling like there's a fish cooking up...insane to me
This place is running on thin ice, family owned and falling apart. It should close down and the employees should just all quit a go to another hotel where they can be properly trained in Canadian hospitality.
Only come here if your going on a bender and don't care

I booked a suite with Sofa bed. We were put in a regular room. Asked staff about the suite and apparently they only had 1 left on main floor. We didn’t have a problem so we said we would take that. As soon as we switched, it wasn’t really a SUITE. Just a single sofa bed put beside the king bed. THATS NOT A SUITE! Also both rooms stank and had to ask for an air freshener.

The walls are paper thin. You can hear bits of conversations, and don’t get me started on the music and other ahem, noises… not much parking at the hotel, so needed to park in the plaza area. Breakfast looked … meh…carpets were poorly installed in hallways- 3rd floor common hallways had ripples in the carpet.

Dirty bed sheets, unhelpful staff not wanting to replace them. pool closed. Room redecorated by Stevie Wonder with holes in the walls.
