The location and view are excellent. It is in the middle of the entertainment district to very close to everything. Given that that view is important I would have appreciated having the windows cleaned. There is a deck along the entire front window so it would be easy to do. The bathroom shower could use a refresh but the rest of the apartment is in good condition. The bed is small, but comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. NB the ad says pet friendly but there is a charge of $1000 per night. We didn’t have pets this time but sometimes we will bring one. This is just offensive so please just say no pets.

The apartment was very nice, overall well kept. Sleeping accommodations were comfortable, the balcony was lovely and main areas clean. Checking in and out was quick and simple.
There were a few carpets that slipped around and caused us to nearly fall a few times, and had found a chipped glass in the cupboard that we set aside to be tossed.
..and we were a little confused by the tp being hidden far above our heads in the kitchen, rather than in the loads of space in the bathroom/other closets.

Never use this company. Unfortunately I couldn’t give it a 0. This was a complete scam. I booked this apartment in January for my trip in late July. It didn’t say before booking that you had to be 25 to check in and once I had booked it then told me that. I messaged them in the 2nd February explaining that I wasn’t 25 and was this ok. I received no response until 2 days before my trip which was late July and told me to either change the name to someone who is 25 as I was travelling solo or I could pay a $1000 deposit instead of $200. By this point I did not have the money for that and they waited 6 months to answer me conveniently 2 days before my trip I believe in hopes that I would cave. They refused to give me a refund even though I tried to confirm this would be ok 6 months in advance and they ignored me. I have since read reviews that you couldn’t even get into the apartment when you did get there so I was forced to book another place and stay there and we are currently trying to get a refund because it is absolutely ridiculous that they didn’t give me an earlier response

Good downtown location, easy walking distance to Rogers Centre. Check-in process is completely via email (not app or in person) which is not ideal. The apartment was fine except for the massive floor damage that prevented me from opening the door fully, a problem known before I arrived. Was asked by Global Stay to allow repair people in the unit to repair floor. Three of the four elevators went down during stay which meant ~20 minute wait; security guard wasn’t allowed to unlock stairs and residents said it happens regularly. Probably a fine option under normal circumstances but not a great experience for me.

Booked this place in February but was told the booking wasn’t confirmed until all manner of information received (passport information, drivers license etc). No further communication and no paperwork on my end submitted so assumed not confirmed. No reminders or booking or request for more information until day of check-in. Attempts to get ahold of business challenging (only daytime hours) and only met with ‘contact hotels.com’. Wouldn’t provide any refund (I recognized I would have to pay for first night) or attempt to resolve matter.
