They didnt have any consideration at all for a family with small kids that traveled 16hours to have early check in we arrived 11:30am the check in is 3pm, and ask us to pay for 3 hours early check in. I hope they could improve front desk customer service

They took 200$ safety deposit, the money wasn't returned. I paid with my credit card.

The hotel saty is phenomenal as it's a residence and has all new amenities. Just had issues with housekeeping, i left my room and asked for room make up and when i cane back there was nothing done. And the phone was not working too.

The heat wasn’t working in our room, and it was cold when we arrived; after being lost in the rain because we couldn’t find the bus that went directly to the hotel.
We were told we were going to get a credit on “Expedia” (I booked our room through trip.com) and saw no credit. So I didn’t find that was a fair resolution for having no heat
But the suite itself was adorable with mini washer, dryer, dish washer and little kitchenette
