Comfortable, down to earth lodging near bike trail

This is a pleasant bed and breakfast in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, very close to the Campagnarde and Estriade bike trails and part of the Bienvenue Cyclistes network of lodging that cater to bicyclists (however, I would also heartily recommend it to non-cyclists as well!) Our room was comfortable and sunny, and we felt at ease in the beautiful rambling old house in a quiet neighborhood. The innkeeper was friendly and down to earth, and made us feel very much at home without being in any way intrusive. Our room had a shared bath, but there are also two rooms w private baths, and we found adequate privacy and quiet. There is also a shed where you can lock your bike, and a lovely garden. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic -- three kinds of omelettes, bread that appeared to be home-made, maple cream, French toast with maple syrup, yogurt and fruit. Incredible. It appears from the website that you can also arrange for a picnic lunch or supper, although we didn't do this. One tip: if you can't find the soap, look in the box in the closet. We visited during the off-season and found the rates quite reasonable. We would definitely go bsck, and would enthusiastically recommend this B&B to travellers who are looking for a quiet, refreshing weekend with easy access to some fantastic bicycling. There is a great brew-pub right across the street, and a couple of basic, down-home restaurants within easy walking distance.

One of the best stays ever!

The stay at this charming B&B saved our short vacation and left us with life long memories. Collette keeps everything immaculately clean and prepares an amazing breakfast with home made maple butter. We are going back there, for sure.

Perfect Place While Visiting Quebec Province

Great, central location Charming house and furnishings, We had the king sized bed with en suite bath and small sitting room. There was access to the living room with a large TV. Breakfast was absolutely delicious & gourmet-like. Collette, our hostess was so warm and friendly, we felt like we were visiting a dear friend. The French-Canadian ambience added immeasurably to our visit to Quebec Province.

Cozy B&B

Booked this location on-line based on the pics provided. Very nice accomodation that definitely lived up to it' s ad. The Hostess was very gracious and helpfull even though her English was limited. ( Much better than my French! ) The room featured one of the most comfy king sized bed I've ever slept in, could open the windows for fresh air and my Wife especially appreciated the decor. Roomy suite with separate small living room with fridge. TV is downstairs in the Sitting Room. Lovely old house that dates back to the begining of the 20th. Century.
Breakfast was very nice with choice of omlet, waffles, or cereal and toast complete with homemade preserves. Wouls definitely stay here again.

Very good location
