Grateful to Jehovah God...

Very clean, excellent service, from reception to the maids. Great location, 2 blocks from the center and next to the Fluvial Reserve and the beautiful Maule River. with their Catamarans to explore the River. 100% recommendable. Delicious breakfast, freshly made bread, every day. fresh fruit and everything to taste.

Super poor

Super poor breakfast. There is no fruit and there isn't a single waitress. The juice is not natural.
No hot water in the shower.... it seems it is not enough for all passengers
Very bad hodour outside, but they could use some deodorant in the hotel.
No fan or conditioned air in rooms.

Trip to Constitucion

I have just returned from this hotel. The staff make this a great place. They go out of there way to be helpful. The hotel is nice and clean the breakfast is very good. The only draw back was transportation. If you do not have a car its a 2 or 3 block walk to get a taxi.
If you have a car they do provide parking. Again the staff will help you with transportation needs as best they can.

Moderate Hotel, Loud at Night

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks while in the area for business. The hotel was clean, but the room did not have a desk (was supposed to be an executive room). Also, the rooms are upstairs and have very thin doors, the hall ways are all tile, and echo, so any noise from the hall is transmitted through the room. I also noticed a few nights that I could hear my neighbor's TV.
There were also ants in my bathroom the entire time I was there, which was annoying.
Probably I will try another spot in town if I visit again.
I will say, on a positive note, the staff was friendly and while they did not speak English well, worked hard to communicate anyways.

Bueno

Súper buen hotel. Ordenado, bonito. Buenas habitaciones con aire acondicionado, buen desayuno, la atención de todo el personal fue muy amable. No tiene ascensor. Excelente lugar en pleno centro de la ciudad. Pocos estacionamientos en la puerta del hotel.
