Nature and wellbeing

We had a wonderful stay at this property and truly enjoyed our time there.
Rodolfo took exceptional care of us throughout our entire stay – from check-in to preparing delicious meals in the hotel's restaurant, sharing great excursion recommendations, and ensuring everything was perfect until check-out. His hospitality, dedication, and attention to detail made us feel welcome from the very first moment.
Jasna was equally kind and attentive. She made sure every breakfast was enjoyable, fulfilled all our requests, and shared valuable recommendations for local excursions. The room service she provided was always impeccable.
The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The only thing we missed was a small wardrobe or coat rack on the wall.
The hotel is somewhat secluded and requires about a 10-minute drive along a rural road. However, this is exactly what makes it special: peace, privacy, and beautiful natural surroundings. A few additional lights along the pathways would make it easier to find your way around after dark.
We will definitely return during the warmer months to once again enjoy the tranquility, the greenery, and the nearby river. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and reconnect with nature.

Nice place but bad experience

The people are very kind and the place is very beautiful. But we would not return, since we reserved from Saturday to Monday, a couple's trip. After booking, they inform me that there is no chef on Sunday and they can leave us some prepared food. But on Sunday, not only was there no chef, but after dinner (which they tell us must be early), they leave us settled in the tub and the person in charge leaves. We were left alone in the hotel, doors open, and they informed us that when we leave the next day (which we notified would be at 7 am), we should leave the keys on the table and close the gate. It is an expensive hotel, and I believe it is not worth the cost. They had never left us alone in charge of the hotel before. It would be good for them to review their work policies, and if they cannot attend on Sundays, they should not offer the option to reserve.

Very disappointing!

We booked this lodge as a “splurge’ stay during our 2 month long driving trip through Chile and Argentina to celebrate our 30 year anniversary.
Best points: the river access and large room. As well, staff were very helpful.
The negatives: the whole building including the dining area was very cold despite a fireplace that was smokey.
Power went off 2 mornings in a row, no kettle in the room to make a cup of tea, very basic breakfast, no designated bar person (we ordered aperol spritzes and they were of very poor quality (pretty much a glass of aperol). No table to work from despite a large bedroom that could have easily accommodated one.

Urgent need to hire a professional hotel manager!!!

Far from the expectations shown in the program "We from Chile", the lodge is even beautiful, a privileged place, but needs an urgent professional administrator for the hotel, people completely unprepared for such a function. They didn't know what a "rack" was, and they didn't, they gave me a center table. The breakfast had very few (I would say almost nothing) varieties and they brought on the table a few things, you could not choose anything. There was no one at the reception or around when you had to ask for something. They said the place has a restaurant with a "chef", only if it is a "ghost" chef, there was absolutely no one in the restaurant. In addition it is a little far from the center of Pucon, in a moment of traffic it takes half an hour to get there. In short, I'm sure there are better options in Pucon. I do not recommend the stay in this place, as mine left to wish and much!!!

Great Bed & pillows

Great Beds and pillows, a bit noisy because we could hear anytime anyone walked in or out. Beautiful place, but 25 mins out of town of Pucon.
