We were coming down from the mountain and could not find a better place than this.
Their service and facilities are exceptional, in addition to the fact that the place is lovely, has a beautiful view, and is quite peaceful. Oli was very attentive at all times!

Basic without approval
We stayed 3 nights at Terrace Lodge for excursions in the area. This is our
travel agency that recommended us this hotel as the best in Putre.
It is a basic hotel but without approval. Our excursion returns were around 4pm-5pm and
we had no pleasure staying in the hotel until dinner.
The location on the edge of the village in a charming area is convenient, easy to reach by
car, and 5 minutes walk from the restaurants in the "center" of Putre.
Outdoor spaces are derelict. Construction work is under way for
new rooms and have made the pre-existing garden disappear.
The rooms are clean, small, a little "tinkered with". All basic services are
present, but the quality is really poor: the hair dryer does not dry, the towels
do not absorb moisture; one foot is missing from the falling electric radiator; there is no
sufficient lighting in the bathroom and one cannot shave properly; the door of
the shower unloads; no soundproofing between the rooms and you can hear the neighbors. Etc.
The mountain view does not exist because the room, dark, is lit by a small window
and narrow that does not open. The “terrace” is actually an outdoor corridor with chairs
uncomfortable and view of the gable wall of the next building.
Breakfast is in theory served from 7.30am. In practice, this is the time the employee
arrives and we were served at 7:50 for an excursion which was at 8:00. On paper, the little
lunch is full, but in reality, except for the fruit salad, everything served
is industrial and tasteless or bad. There is no real coffee, only bags of coffee
soluble. Tea is rationed at 1 sachet per person. Etc.
The employee does not speak any English

Simple and adorable
There are two different options at this lodge. The “old” rooms or the new ones. I would prefer the new accommodations even if it is more expensive. You're only there to sleep. But we are just used to a certain comfort. Not that it was bad. Not at all. The morning meal isn't bad either. Simply according to the possibilities available. A big thank you to the two nice women who look at it.

A good foothold in Putre
We stayed for three nights in this hotel. The room was small but cozy. Positive notes: cleanliness, electric heating, hot water.
Maybe a little more soap and shampoo wouldn’t hurt.
Breakfast simple, but nice, but unfortunately in a room too cold.
Another positive aspect is the possibility to park the car inside. However, it is recommended not to leave personal items in the vehicle including any diesel cans that are generally brought to these places because they do not have fuel stations.

Magnificent surprise
Very welcoming tourist and accommodation facility, spotless and warm; well furnished rooms with very comfortable beds, very quiet.
The staff, with all our family, has always been friendly and kind. Even in case of need, they took action to help us with our machine, activating remote rescue, solving the big problem.
Special thanks to Gabriel who has always been present and comforting.
We will recommend it to all our friends in Italy and not.

The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
