I had always wanted to be in this iconic hotel. I fulfilled my wishes with my wife for a weekend. We were very happy with everything. Experience to repeat.

Horrifying ordeal

Bed with a horrible mattress. Bully all night. Impossible to sleep. They bit us (fleas or I don't know what). Bad... they don't have coffee beans and offer you (then have tea)... The reception desk dirty and full of shampoo sachet. The room looks like board or residential, never Hotel.
Antiquity does not deserve dirt and oversight. The beautiful view does not erase the bad experience.

Very bad.

Very bad restaurant. We ordered a Sandwich and it had almost no ingredients inside. Chorrillana fries came undercooked and you go to oils, burnt egg and raw onion. The salty rissoto.
For more finish it took almost 1 hour to arrive the food.
For the price it's a scam. Very bad everything except the view.

Unsurpassed views

The hotel , just for the views, both the hills and the coast, is already a must in Valparaiso. To this we add charming rooms with classic decor in the best senses and impeccable cleanliness.
It is a real monument in Valparaiso where it is a good place to stay.
