在去鞍山之前，提前给拉斐尔酒店打了一个电话，咨询了一下酒店情况和到千山交通是否方便，酒店接电话的服务员很热情，介绍的很详细，随下单预 订了拉菲尔酒店。来到酒店一看，和此前介绍的一样，酒店很干净，前台服务态度很好，早餐也不错。坐车到千山、玉佛寺、鞍山博物馆等都很方便，8路公交车和千山旅游专线车的站台，就在酒店对面，乘坐非常方便。

酒店位于繁华地段，房间比较干净。前台服务态度很好，特别是遇到的美女服务员，非常热情。酒店门口旁边可以停车，旁边也有有公交站，交通比较便利。晚上八点还有夜宵饺子。

服务：热情周到。前台和保安大哥帮忙找车位停车，酒店留在市中心位置，方便快捷，交通便利，店内干净安静，早餐新鲜可口，还有深夜食堂，方便客人夜宵，虽然没享用（吃过饭来的），但是感觉服务周到细致，非常不错，以后再来这里还会选择这家酒店入住。

还行，主要是位置很不错，出门就是塔斯汀，肯德基，碧乐城，而且站在窗边还能看到街道车水马龙，床很软，小度也不错
