房间是中规中矩的老酒店设施，国庆节带老人去雄安玩，没有订到独家酒店。这样的酒店在县城里也还很方便，有停车场。有早点三星标准吧。携程网上也很好订。离景区很近。

酒店位置好，停车场在院内车位充足，很适合自驾出游，房间宽亮，前台工作人员小杨，服务态度好，工作负责。我刚到此地，对周围环境、设施不熟悉，进行询问时，非常热情的解答，表示感谢。

设施：中规中矩
卫生：只能说一般般，卫生间能看到头发，卫生间门口的地垫很脏，我们入住的时候，前面退房收拾的垃圾都没有处理，直接在垃圾桶里。
服务：还可以，提出问题及时的改过来了
以后应该不会再订这家酒店了。

客观评价一下：硬件可以，酒店规模不小，院内是自己的停车场，五一晚上也有地方停。房间面积不大，该有的都有，房间来说性价比不错。
特别要说的是前台人员服务一般，不知道是不是五一期间忙的原因，中午近两点，开完房上楼房间还没有打扫完，我客气的提出能不能顺手帮我们把床拼一下，打扫人员看我们一家四口，善意的提醒可以去前台让调换加床的大床房，没有差价，也是特别给带孩子的客户准备的，而且都打扫完了。我就让孩子爸爸看孩子，自己跑回前台说，前台一脸不情愿还嫌打扫人员多事。然后拒绝了我。我又上楼，房间还没有打扫完。因为赶时间，我们来不及等了，走的时候我把房卡放前台，她答应如果可以调一下就调一下。结果下午前台打电话傲娇的和我说不加价可以调一间普通大床房！！！我拖俩孩子一直在想拼床，你给我换一间1.8米的大床房！我真是要谢谢你！！！到此我也情绪稳定，道谢婉拒。然后，晚上回酒店一看，并没有人给我们拼床。。OK，到此我还能忍，毕竟拼床不是人家的义务。最过分的来了！！！！早上去餐厅吃早饭，孩子吃完一个包子之后说不想吃了，把第二个包子夹给我，我吃到最后一口，一根头发在包子里面夹着！！！！！！！！！！！！我之所以没有当场发作，是因为我怕我老公孩子们恶心吐了，影响一家人一整天的心情！！！但是不代表就这么算了，就这种服务和卫生条件，好自为之吧。

五一独自带着孩子来旅行，两点到的酒店，被告知客房还没整理出来，带娃吃了顿饭回来，前台美女说抱歉还是所定房间被续住了，给我升级成了单人套间，非常好。房间很大，沙发桌子茶几都有，用品摆放整齐。早餐也不错。退房时还给了时间照顾很感谢。边上就是县政府，治安好，饭店超市也全。体验不错，有机会还会再来。
