出差过来，位置交通，吃的都方便。房间安静，设施齐全，干净卫生，有冰箱，洗衣服务，有暖气，前台小姐姐服务周到。性价比高。

给好评是因为知道差评对商家影响比较大，实际挺劝退的。
先说优点：距离北海站不远，出现后马路斜对面的百汇广场里面，步行10分钟吧（七拐八弯的，可能不止）。
缺点：
1. 隔音跟差，睡眠浅星人真的慎重选择。各种噪音比如一晚上没消停的管道水声、空调、不懂哪里的排气声（不是卫生间）、小孩儿的哭声......一晚上没睡好。
2.综合体验不好。入住的时候没给我电卡，十分钟提醒店家一次，顶着三十多度的室温等了半个小时，店家才把电卡送上来，能开空调凉快会儿。晚上十点多回到房间发现wifi怎么都连不上，各种方式都试过了。房间和走道灯光昏暗，唉。

美女不好意思哈，我知道让你等了一会你肯定是不高兴的！你来的时候也看到了，我刚要送小孩去上课，给你钥匙的时候我也不懂怎么电卡没在上面，因为早上退房客人给我的时候还有的，因为着急我也没注意看。你打第一次电话的时候我已经叫妹妹给你拿了，可她刚好又接了两个老人家上14楼，等送完安排好，等电梯又下来前台找电卡，她也是刚来不懂我放在哪里，再等电梯上去，确实需要了一点时间，我们真的已经尽快的去解决了，让你久等也确实不好意思。来这住的客人除非睡眠很浅，因为很少听客人说隔音很差哈。网络连不上也可以给我打电话的，走廊灯是声控的需要跺一下脚才亮，当然也不可能像白天一样亮哈！房间有一个灯线路不好，我也是另外买了日光灯放在床头，对于住宿来说也应该是够了的。非常感谢你的好评和建议，我们会积极的提高服务效率，尽全力做到让大家都满意！祝您生活愉快，天天开心！

空调是一个很老的柜机对着人吹，还很不温和，不吹又很热，真的吃力。
内部设施比较陈旧了，沙发污渍比较多。卫生要求高的，不适合。

我之前是挂机，有人说不够冷，换了几千块的柜机，你又说不够温和，对着吹可以稍微移动一下的啊。我想五星级酒店也没这么合适每一个人的吧！是不是对每一个客人都要按照你们的要求来换啊？沙发不能清洗我基本都是盖了沙发布的，隔几天就会清洗，几十块钱，家电家具齐全，到底还要怎么样呢？小本生意，你给个这样的差评有想过别人的感受吗？ 真心希望你以后的工作别人对你也都无可挑剔，顺顺利利！

房间很大然后我11点就到店了我预订的房上一个住客还没有退房，老板娘看我带着行李没有地方去，外面又下雨就给我免费升级了一个双床房，民宿离火车站真的很近，然后除了房间和走廊的灯暗一点其他都很好
