Traffic restrictions will be implemented in the Lingyin Scenic Area on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Daily, ride-hailing services and taxis (before 5:00 PM) will pick up and drop off passengers at parking lot 608 on Xixi Road. From there, passengers can take the Lingyin shuttle bus for 15 minutes to the Lingyin Bus Terminal, and then walk approximately 300 meters to the hotel. After the traffic control measures end at 5:00 PM each day, ride-hailing services and taxis can drive directly to the hotel entrance. Private cars can enter and exit normally on weekdays. On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, vehicles with license plates subject to odd-even license plate restrictions are allowed in the scenic area. To meet the odd-even restriction requirements, a Hangzhou West Lake Pass must be applied for one day in advance, following the odd-even rule. If arriving from Hangzhou East Railway Station (before 4:30 PM), passengers can take Line 1 to Longxiangqiao Station and transfer to the Longxiangqiao-Lingyin special bus line. We recommend planning your trip in advance. If you have any questions, please contact the hotel for assistance. For child guests, please provide an ID card, household registration, or birth certificate at check-in.
