The customer service was awesome. they were really friendly and helped us with parcel etc too. Really appreciate them providing additional bottles of mineral water when we requested too. Would definitely stay here again if I am travelling to Harbin. The breakfast is a great option too.

There are 6 kinds of hot dishes, 6 kinds of cold dishes, 2 kinds of staple food, and 7 kinds of steamed snacks. There are 3 kinds of fried food, 3 kinds of desserts, 3 kinds of porridge and soup, and 4 kinds of drinks and fruits. You can choose the food you like and be fully prepared for a day of travel. The hotel is close to major attractions such as Central Street, 731 Site, Sun Island, museums, Ice and Snow World and various memorial halls in the city. There are bus terminals and subway line 2 public transportation in front of the hotel, as well as the North Square of Harbin Station There is a taxi station underground, and online taxis can also be picked up in front of the hotel. The hotel provides 24-hour inquiry service. If you have any questions, you can ask at any time. Providing you with meticulous and thoughtful service is our pursuit. Loved this hotel. It was just next to the Harbin main station and we could walk up to it on getting off our train. There's a welcoming reception area that has nice self serve hot tea and coffee, and pop corn and snacks. The large globe in the centre piece is a fan favourite of all visitors. The 2 robots in the lobby work hard to bring us our meituan deliveries. There's a small serviceable gym that could be made better with a water dispenser and air-conditioning. The self service laundry is well utilized by visitors and provides even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast area on level 2 is modest and has a live station that can cook your own noodles soup for breakfast. Season it with your own food from the buffet spread or the seasonings made available.
Special thanks to the reception ladies who helped us to settle in when our room wasn't ready yet and made us comfortable.

At the same time, the hotel has a gym on the third floor and a laundry room on the fifth floor, which can make us feel that life is fresh and convenient. Finally, thank you again for your choice. Hote with great location just 5min walk around from station…the only downside was the amenities in the toilet was all
Mix up with the caps n difference bottle … some were even half use … breakfast was normal

The hotel location is convenient for taking the high speed train especially if you're in a rush for early check out. Nearby food is very limited. Overall I have a comfortable stay except the room is full of cigarette smell.

The hotel is clean and very convenient. They change your towels and restock your drinks every day. The room heater/AC is easy to set and the hot water in the bathroom doesn’t take long to warm up. The only downsides are the toilet does not have a bidet and if you were to take the metro, it is quite a walk underground to reach from the hotel.
