It is a hotel located in the city center. The hotel is clean. The reception staff is friendly, provides excellent service, is lovely, and helps carry luggage. I am very impressed with my stay this time.

The hotel was well located, only a few minutes to the Central Avenue. The service was really good. We had to go out early morning one day and the hotel packed some light breakfast for us to take to the train station. Love the friendliness of the staff.

Superb location. Literally next street beside central street and is right beside metro station. Staff super friendly and helpful. Apart from that don't expect much in terms of amenities like spa, pool, gym. Has a laundry room which to us is very important

Pros:
- Great staff & service especially with luggages
- Check-in was smooth with offerings of snacks and drinks at lobby area
- Super convenient location (Right opposite metro)
- 5 mins walk to mid part of Zhongyang Street
- Room is spacious (Family Room)
- Well decorated with kids in mind (fancy med bedsheets with a small tent)
Cons:
- Room only comes with 1 chair which makes it harder to have space to eat delivery food
- Breakfast selection is kinda limited but decent with more of local varieties than international
- Entrance with a flight of stairs which may not be convenient to all, especially with heavy luggages or with accessibility needs.
Overall (Summary)
- Great value for money accommodation which focused on being not too far from main attractions and being super accessible to metro. Plenty of food options around. Hotel with great potential and much too love. Will surely stay again should I be back. Cheers.
