Hotel service

We stayed in Harbourview Hotel last month. We were assisted by bellman Jed and Mikhael as we had so many luggages. We stayed there for two days. The frontdesk gave us a nice warming room. Restaurant was good as well as the service. Housekeepers were professional. If we were to comeback in Macau we will surely choose this hotel.

FUN EXPERIENCE AND PREFESSIONAL

We were in Macau last April 15 and we stayed in Harbourview. It was a nice experience. The Filipino bellman named Jed was so accomodating, front office Exore gave us a nice room for our family. Before anything else housekeepers were so attentive. I would like to commend the restaurant staff. Overall we had a great experience.

International travelers beware!

Awful experience with Nicky Chen. Nicky is inept in being a customer service representative for the hotel, please find another job.
Book elsewhere, safety problem for international travelers from non-Asian countries.

Beautiful unit with lots of space. Very clean and functional room. Walkable distance to local food restaurants and attractions. Annual international food festival was just next door which was convenient.
