I booked the Club Skyway Studio or whatever it was called. It came with lounge access which was good for the Coke Zeros and also breakfast which was decent. You had Twinnings English breakfast tea bags at breakfast but not in the rooms - having the better tea bags in the rooms would have been nice(r). Otherwise an enjoyable stay.
Swimming pool was good. But due to its odd shape ie a circle, subdivision into lanes and lane discipline was a bit odd. Most annoying were the swimmers who insisted on doing complete circuits and cutting off all the other swimmers at the wall. Some 'discipline' and rule enforcement by the lifeguards would have been nice.

We had a wonderful stay from 7 to 11 August.
The facilities were ideal, especially with the stormy weather, as were the location and breakfast.
Mike, the concierge, was extremely helpful providing us with all the help and recommendations we needed! Great and professional service.
Would definitely recommend Pullman Central to friends.

The rooms are quite charming, despite the vintage-looking furniture. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The concierge, in particular, was very friendly and spoke good English. They even helped me get a private taxi to Wuxi.

Bathroom amenities was limited, no cotton tips/wool & shower caps.
Greetings from staffs, porters should be automatic.
