预定后出了点小问题，店主主动沟通，积极解决，期间携程一直在线关心，体贴周到👍徽派建筑，房内空间大，智能化装饰，虽在村里，但一点都不偏远，离金厢银滩近，附近的海纳金滩令人惊艳。

选偏的地方为了安静，结果半夜一点还有人在楼下放鞭炮，太吵了。洗手池返臭，店家还是处理下吧。房间没有矿泉水提供，没有一次性梳子。
服务： 前台服务态度还是非常好
环境 环境不错

十分抱歉，是我们的疏忽！因为半夜放烟花，我们无法阻止住客的自身行为但我们及时联系了也让他们停止了，至于矿泉水和梳子我们一定反思解决！您如果下次再来的话我们一定给您服务好！然后今天看了您的评论也都注重看洗漱用品的用量及使用程度！还有洗手池反臭已经解决了！十分抱歉🙇‍♀️希望您下次来是焕然一新的御林轩客栈！

房间很简约但很温馨，我是大床房就在一楼，是智能控制家居，整体体验不错，就是卫生死角还需要加强，枕头稍微高了那么一点点🤏

民宿直接在古城区里面，吃住方便，停车场在古城外，大概300米左右，出入方便，适合一家大小出行住宿。
