来绍兴旅行，结缘这家新开酒店，设施，卫生，环境，服务一流，连住3天，虽然在柯桥区，有地铁站近，去鲁迅故里可以乘地铁，去柯桥古镇，黄酒古镇打车很近，前面服务员，保洁员友好，早餐虽然品种少点，菜品质量非常0K，有机会来绍兴还会选择这家酒店，祝老板生意兴隆。

综合体验非常非常好，节假日不涨价这个水平跟上海世博滨江有一拼了。还有个管家欢迎入住，很满意的体验。
卫生：非常干净，洁癖友好
设施：有小桌，有吹风机，没有冰箱。商务出差可满足办公。
环境：酒店周围吃喝玩乐出行都方便，离高铁站近。楼下砂锅焗特好吃！还有个捏脚的，环境好还便宜，酒店出来走着就到了。打车去各个景区也挺方便的。
早餐有厨房自己包的馄饨，好大一碗，纯肉的。非常满意，下次还来。

在住期间有快递送到让工作人员帮忙找一下，她们都很周到的帮我们统一放在了前台，小陈小林有需要都会第一时间给我解决。服务很好很满意。

酒店很新，房间干净，床挺软的睡得舒服，3楼有洗衣房可洗衣烘干，酒店门口有免费停车位停车，周边有大型商场吃喝玩乐挺便利的，前台小陈小胡服务特别好，响应很及时！

带孩子来绍兴旅游发现了一个宝藏酒店！我们是在207房间入住的，整个房间非常宽敞，床品和洗浴用品都很高级，睡的很舒适。他们家茶餐厅点心又漂亮又美味。酒店在瓜渚湖旁边，出门就是美景。离地铁站也近，去鲁迅故里很方便。酒店周边吃的选择也很多。不论从入住 退房还是房间内需要什么整个酒店的服务都很专业，酒店的微信管家服务很好用，回应很快。总台的小姐姐们也会耐心的给我们介绍绍兴旅游景点，总体来说是个很不错的旅行体验！赞👍

来自山西游客的真实感受反馈：这次入住的酒店，真的给我带来了太多的惊喜，让我深切地感受到了什么叫做宾至如归。从进入酒店大厅的那一刻起，我就被工作人员的热情所感染。办理入住手续时，他们的专业和高效让人印象深刻，总台的小丽和小赵十分热情，我问的每一个问题都会认真解答，特别是小丽她的周到和细心感染着我们一家，办理入住手续后，贴心的为我们准备了水果和牛奶，还把我们送入房间后才安心离开，进入房间后，房间的干净整洁舒适宽敞让我觉得自己不仅仅是一个住客，更像是在家里一样自在，本来一家人打算在绍兴只停留一晚，突如其来的惊喜让我们决定再住一晚，在整个入住期间，无论是前台的热情接待，还是服务的周到细致，都让我感受到了酒店工作人员对服务品质的执着追求。
