The hotel has pretty good environment. The restaurant aunt was very kind. We arrived late and there was no staple food left, but she specially fried noodles for us. So heartwarming.

选的是无窗房，主要便宜，房间卫生也蛮干净的，但下次不会选了，因为在里面较压抑。
房间的隔音不是很好，外面有人走动和说话包括隔壁用水龙头能听见。
还有酒店设施里写的有免费租借自行车，实际是没有的，建议平台修改一下。
地理位置不错，边上就有公交站，去周边景点和吃饭这些都不远

酒店干净整洁，服务热情，位置便利，步行就到琴湖、八佰伴、方塔园、燕园，地下停车场方便。
健身房也不错，早餐也算合格。
只有景点图，没有酒店图。

真实评价！！
设施：设施可以说是很新，卫浴都是九牧，床睡着也很舒服。用着都很好
卫生：卫生很好，虽然房间没窗户但是一点异味都没有。
服务：前台服务态度特别好
环境：离琴湖走路几分钟，去印象城走路10来分钟，去方塔街走路也就五六分钟。所处地理位置很好。

酒店在海虞南路，周边有商场琴湖溪里，门口就可以停车很方便，还有地下车库，汽车还提供充电桩，人性化设计，三楼有洗衣房健身房，房间很新、设施齐全，真是个不错的酒店，下次来常熟还是选住这里。
