The service attitude at the front desk is very poor. After checking in after 11 pm, I was told that there was no room. The reservation was an executive double room, and the senior double room was allocated. Is the cost of the overcharged room borne by the customer? And in the middle of opening the room, a person came to report a room number without verifying the identity of the other party. The occupant ran to him and swiped the elevator card for him, leaving us to wait at the front desk. There is only one door card, and it is told that there are no extra cards when the room is full today. And the whole hotel is a mixed bag, like a fire box hotel. Surname supplies are more than the disposable toiletries provided by the hotel. It is highly not recommended for families to choose this place. Takeout can only be delivered to the front desk, and then the front desk will leave it wherever it is and will not deliver it upstairs or inform them that the front desk is not responsible for delivering it. Yicheng has experienced all the surrounding Wanhe City, and it is the first time that she is so disappointed in Yuda. I thought it was a well-known hotel in the local area, but I didn't expect the experience to be so bad. In the future, I can only consider coming to eat and drink tea, and there is no need to consider accommodation.

The room is big enough and I was satisfied with the stay. But at night, I really have a bad comment. We live on the 11th floor. The fourth floor is a KTV. The music is loud and noisy until 2 o'clock in the morning. I can't sleep in three elevators. Meals and accommodations are shared, during the Spring Festival holiday I can't be satisfied at all, and I can't catch up with at least five trips. The room is equipped with breakfast, but there is no self-service after nine o'clock, only soup powder is left, and there is a long queue. Very bad experience.
