Beautiful

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, beautiful views, delicious food.
Downside is the rooms are very very small and our 11 year old was hanging off the small bed so we were moved to a bigger room with a better bed, free of charge. Staff initially tried to charge us for this but we argued the point.
The local bars and shops were mostly shut due to end of season, there was no entertainment in the hotel also and it was pretty dismal at night but we made the best of it and would actually go back as the hotel was first class.

Time stood still in the 80s

If someone wants to relive the communist times with nostalgia, then this place is a great choice.
The weather is excellent, and I think I have said everything good about the place.
What doesn't work: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, elevator.
What is disturbing: crowding everywhere, impatient, bored staff, cleanliness, smell.
I think the three stars are a sign of my goodwill.

Horror

The hotel is awful, the parking space is awful there is too little space between the cars, the hotel does not carry out the necessary covid measures, the staff does not wear masks, the air conditioning in the hotel rooms, deck chairs by the pool are occupied from early morning, beach seats are all occupied, food it is not edible, there is no variety in food, the rooms are dirty and stinky, old furniture, the bathroom is awful, the fridge does not cool, the electrical outlets are barely usable, the price is too high to offer, beach towels are charged. in short horror, if you manage to cancel the accommodation do so immediately.

Poorest hotel we've ever been

Where to start... We came to location where hotel is and in front were free parking lots for enc. 30 cars which were taken of course...We came to reception which seemed nice and asked for parking. Receptionist said that there was just free parking beside the road and that they have parking lot on the other side with a ramp that we, if we want, can pay 75kn per day! Then he suggested that we park 500m away at the hotel that is currently not working. Okay. What's next. We got bracelents for all inclusive that you cannot take off which is really annoying couse it's bothering you all the time. We had comfort room for which we expected not to be excelent, but the only good thing in our room was balcony view (pool, seaside). Bathroom extremly dated, toilet paper like the one that gas stations have, highest bathtub, no storage to put your stuff too. Squiky seperated beds, but put together, no electricity by the bed to turn on bed light, air condicioning was veeeeery very poor, we were so hot at all times it was almost unberable. Elevator was so scary and smelled disgusting. We were staying just 2 nights and the food seemed ok, but a lot of it was without flavor, and the meet I didn't like, it wasn't appealing. All inclusive bar I have never seen so poor, extremly sweet juices, beer was ok, liquor was just there on shelve all day, warm and all of it you had to take it by yourself with plastic glasses. We were very disappointed. Pool seemed ok, but people left their towels all day there and "reserved" it so nobody else could come to "their" place. I find that really disguting and not nice. The same was on the beach under the shadow, leaving towels over night and day. Overall hotel is very dated for a 3 star hotel and it's not worth it for such a price. The place and beach is beautiful but at the hotel we are never coming back. Very disappointed and we do NOT recommend.

Do not go all inclusive

Visited at the time of corona so will mark poor instead of terrible. Staff have no interest in their guests only about 3 of them were friendly. Most receptionists hated being asked queries. Room was extremely basic, family room was an adjoined room with twin beds in one and a couch bed in the other. One rooms air con didn’t work the other couldn’t be switched off. Bathrooms were extremely dated with a drain smell. But the view from the sea view room was fantastic.
Now the food!!! It was the same breakfast every day with watered down coffee, differing bland options for lunch and dinner with wine that tasted like watered down cider. If pork chips were served one night Hard breaded pork chops were Served the day after . When asked if there were vegetarian options at reception and in restaurant was told to just eat the school dinner veg that was served daily. We thought maybe they just can’t cook? But on Thursdays it is Dalmatian night and the food was lovely which shows they clearly know it’s rubbish the rest of the time. It was the only hotel I have ever been to where a table was set and well presented every day for the management whilst the guests sat at sticky Formica tables. The entertainment of a night was the same songs repeated and don’t get me started on the implementation of social distancing.
Gradac the area was beautiful with lots of amazing places to eat so if you do need to stay at this hotel do not go all inclusive.
