a gem
Our room 4 was large with a lovely balcony. The bathroom is also large. Wifi is perfect; there is a fridge in the room. The mattresses are fine.
The breakfast is plentiful. The location to the town is perfect, you can be at the harbor in 5 minutes. Due to construction work in the town (no impact on the peace and quiet in the house) we parked in the central parking lot and received a parking card from Magda for free payment.
The restaurant "Murvica" is just 50 meters away, top quality

DISAPPOINTING
First of all, I would like to inform you that there was a mistake in my reservation, booking in August instead of September. What was my surprise when I realized at night; I was in time to cancel it right at that moment and so I proceeded.
When 10 days passed and I realized that they had not made my payment, I contacted them and they told me that they had taken an extra hour for my cancellation because on the peninsula they have a different time than in the Canary Islands. Once the error was reported and it was actually within the schedule established by regulations and policy.
The lady at the accommodation, Magda, confirmed that she would make the return and, very grateful, I contacted her (I never got a response again). When I contacted them again, the company told me THAT MAGDA HAD CHANGED HER MIND and that finally the establishment would keep my 130 euros. This demonstrates the lack of empathy of the person who manages this accommodation. To this day we are still very dissatisfied with the lack of solidarity and common sense that the accommodation has had. Of course, only by asking them to invoice despite the inconvenience caused by their clients.
